PRODUCT CHANGES AND RETURNS

The Koufeto store guarantees that all products produced and distributed by our online store are packaged after inspection and are of excellent quality.

• You can return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt. To change the product, make sure you have an account in our e-shop.
• Change or refund once we receive your parcel in our store.
• Return and replacement costs are 5 euros. (the amount is charged by cash on delivery when you receive your change product), does not apply only in case of store error.
• The product must be unused, without damage as you received it. We do not accept products without tabs inside and outside, without various extra accessories eg belts, pins, etc., clothes that
• have been washed. Shoes should be tested indoors.
• The return of the product must be accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice, otherwise it will not be accepted and will be returned.

We only accept returns with the courier we work with at our own expense, please keep a copy of the shipment number for the security of your parcel. The shipping address is:

If the product you are interested in is not available we can credit the amount to your account for your next purchase, use your amount as a gift voucher, or get your money back.

 

MONEY RETURNS

Refunds are made once we receive your parcel and it is checked. If all the conditions are met for your change to be accepted, then we deposit your money within 20 working days of receiving it.
Include IBAN in the package, bank and beneficiary’s name, refunds are not made to third party accounts. In case of payment by card, the money will be refunded through the Bank directly to your card.
3 euros will be deducted from the return cost from the return cost.
